This is a good excuse to use photoshop and not feel like I am wasting my time! 
I like to use image overlay especially for the sake of our project because I think it does a good job to set the atmosphere or tone of the picture. So I thought I would share these two.

This is so cool…I’ve always wanted to mess around with photoshop but I don’t know where to get it or where to start. Any suggestions?
Yeah, I’d love to help! Its a little tricky to get :/ I got it from a friend, but there are various other ways you can attempt to get it. I can show you sometime if you want. It would prob be a little easier to do in person. Using it however is quite simple. It is actually surprisingly similar to some of the free online programs. I just started playing around with it and kind of got the hang of it.
